For 20 years, I have loved helping provide an environment to make tough business decisions. I am most fulfilled when we are able to help fundamentally change the way people work, be more collaborative, and get better results.
“A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects.” - Robert A. Heinlein
At Wendy’s in Tullahoma TN, I worked the fries, dressed the burgers, and moved on to grill. The manager said, “I know you are planning on heading to college, but consider staying and becoming a manager.” I might own five Wendy’s in Middle Tennessee if I’d said yes, but I think I chose right.
