Dave designs creative interventions with a focus on leveraging the talent and expertise that already exist within his client’s organizations. Drawing on over twenty years of facilitation experience, Dave partners with his clients to understand—and refine—their goals, no matter what shape or form those goals might take. His objective, always, is to design solutions that his clients champion and deliver because they were part of creating them. Dave also is the Chief Operating Officer for CN, responsible for the health and welfare of the CN team and working to ensure that they have everything they need to operate at the top of their license.

Dave has spent his entire career in the collaborative design and facilitation space. He found strong mentors directly out of college and has spent the years since helping organizations use collaboration to achieve better, faster, more lasting results. During his time with Collective Next, Dave’s clients have included Fidelity, Cengage, SEI, Empower, Putnam Investments, Franklin Templeton, and BlackRock. He is particularly passionate about helping clients partner with their own customers through designing and leading effective client advisory board sessions.

Away from work, Dave can be found cooking gourmet meals with his wife and kids (carnitas, sushi, and homemade pasta are just a few of the specialties), coaching his son’s football and basketball teams, and helping lead his town’s Youth Football and Cheer organization.
