Sometimes we are fortunate enough to be asked to scribe for really compelling speakersthe kinds of storytellers you’d gladly listen to in your free time. This year, we had the chance to do exactly that at the Mad*Pow HXD Conference in Cambridge. HXD stands for “Health Experience Design” conference, and it has become the leading conference advocating for person-centered experience innovation in health.

We heard perspectives from a diverse group of speakers representing a wide range of companies and organizations such as Pfizer, Center on Media & Child Health, Luminary Labs, CharterCARE Health Partners, Savvy Coop and others. It was a full two days, and Collective Next was there to provide graphic recording for the four blocks of keynote speakers, scribing themes and highlights for each 15-20 minute talk. Check out the results below!
