Erin leads Collective Next’s capability teams as Creative Director, ensuring that CN’s Creative, Digital, and Production departments have what they need to do the best work they can. Erin seeks to foster an environment and atmosphere in which these teams’ unique combination of skills and talents can thrive.

After a brief post-college stint at a start-up, Erin’s friend and future colleague at Collective Next, Cricket Hannan, tipped her off about a job at Capgemini’s Accelerated Solutions Environment where she could pursue her passion for creativity and collaboration. On her first day, Erin fell in love with the work and the people, including future CN founders Matt Saiia, Sarah Shrimplin, and Hamilton Ray; twenty years later she still feels the same way. She’s been a part of CN from the beginning, helping to grow CN’s various capability teams while working with clients such as Fidelity, J&J, BlackRock, Willis Towers Watson, MIT, and D.E. Shaw, among others.

Outside of work, Erin might be found in the gym or in a pottery class. At home, she might be gardening or continuing her ongoing quest to find the perfect pizza recipe.
